Pastor Krishna B Pariyar, President of the 'Feet Ministries of Nepal' and 'Nepal Children's Welfare Association' and Senior Pastor of New Life Church, Kathmandu, has began the first Nepalese Fellowship for Nepalese people living in the United Kingdom.

Mr Sobin Pariyar known as "Paul", a Nepalese UK resident himself will be working full-time to share the Gospel with other Nepalese people in the UK. Pastor Krishna's aim is to establish and encourage long-term Nepalese Christian Fellowships and churches within the Nepalese communities across the country. Mr. Pariyar will be working in partnership with like minded Pastors and churches adhering to sound Christian principles.

There are an estimated 100,000 Nepalese people living in the UK, including serving or retired Ghurkha soldiers, businessmen, students and immigrants.

Pastor Krishna's vision is to locate and build relationships with Nepalese people in the UK and bring the good news of Jesus Christ to them. He will try to help with their social, cultural and spiritual needs. For Nepalese people that are already Christians, he will provide pastoral care and encouragement with an emphasis on outreach and evangelism. Pastor Pariyar says, "My new ministry began with a call from God. It will be a huge challenge but very exciting." more..
