Rev. Krishna was born one of eight children, in Gorkha (where the Gurkha recruits for the British armies are selected). He has experience much poverty and deprivation walking two hours and from school without sandals to wear and he was 17 year old before he saw a vehicle of any kind; including a bicycle! His situation was made worse by being born an ‘untouchable’ in the Hindu caste system.
Educationally, he earned the Bachelor of Commerce in 1993 and theologically, graduated from Kingdom Faith Bible College, London in 1995. He has much experience to teaching at the Bible College, speaking at conferences and crusades and he is well recognized in his community. A man diminutive in stature but powerful in the Holy Sprit, he is married to Pabitra in 1997 and has two sons, Benjamin (9) and Joshua (5). Rev. Krishna received the Lord J esus Christ as his personal savior in 1989 and has witnessed the conversion of whole members of his family and relatives to Christ. He says “My happiest day in my life is, baptized to my father and mother in 2003; I was disowned and threatened from them at the time of my conversation as they were very strong Hindus in their society.”
